Wow! What a busy week! Looking back though it was a lot of fun!
On Monday, I had a Christmas recital which was at Lynden Manor for the elderly people there, that went very well. Then, on Tuesday, I had to pack for our trip to Seattle, then on Wednesday morning, at 7:30am, we left for Seattle to go to the Victorian country Christmas! The trip down was lots of fun and we got do do shopping, shopping and more shopping! Oh, and they also had this small little play called "Billy and the hillbillies" Which was hilarious! They were so funny! And we also got to see a harpist who had a very old Celtic harp which was beautiful! After we were done there, at about 4:00 we went to our hotel and signed in and brought all of our stuff in, and went to do even MORE shopping at a mall, then we went to find a restaurant to find some dinner and got lost trying to find one! After about 30 minutes of being lost we Finally found a restaurant, Ihops, which was very good! Then we went to our hotel and did some swimming and went to bed. Then on Thursday, we left the hotel at about 10:00 and went we went to a place called Ikea, and that was a huge store that was a lot of fun to go through! Then we went to the Alderwood mall and met Aunt Jen, Jessica and Grandma there, We had a great time there!
Then we got home at about 6:30pm and we were all so tired we went right to bed! Then, on Friday we had our first Messiah performance. On Saturday we played for a thing called "Christmas on Front street" Which was kind of like a lynden talent show, then right from there we had to go to the second Messiah practice, both of them went very well. THEN, on Sunday, Emily and I had to practice before church because we played for church.
And now, we are enjoying a very nice, calm day!
