Concerts, flowers, chicks and silly horses.

We had our first orchestra concert of the year last Saturday, and we have another one tomorrow
(Saturday). Emily and Bradley both did solos, and did them awesomely! (Is that a word?) Woot Em and Brad!
We came home to these beautiful flowers sitting on our porch from Mrs. B, Bradley's clarinet teacher:
I love the fat little bumble-bee balloon, isn't he adorable?

We got our chicks last Friday, they are SO cute, probably the cutest chicks we've ever had! They are Americaunas, here's some pictures:

They're so fuzzy and cute, see the little puffy cheeks? They'll even have those when they're older!

I was "inspired" by looking at some other horse photography to do a "photo shoot" with PJ. Some of the pictures turned out SO funny I just had to share them with you!

Check out that tongue! : P

I love this one! He looks like he's laughing!

He's such a pretty boy <3
This is the little stinker that is PJ's field buddy, he's a little donkey with an attitude, SO cute though.

All the buddies together!

If you're interested, here's a recording of the piece we are playing in orchestra:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMKTaLaYBB8 You gotta' at least listen to 2 minutes of it :) Emily plays the very last solo.

Have a great weekend!
